Brooklyn Organ Synth Orchestra

I just stumbled across this video by accident.  A dozen or so young ladies who comprise the Brooklyn Organ Synth Orchestra play a huge variety of (mostly) keyboard instruments in an elaborate arrangement of Tubular Bells.  Seems to be the only thing this group has done (or at least has been filmed doing).  I'm not saying it's musically brilliant but I bet you'll have a hard time not watching it to the end (8 minutes or so in length) - a great deal of fun.

A dozen?  There's over 20!  Lots of vintage fun going on (and a few of those girls were very easy on the eyes too!).

    Fun indeed! Thanks.

That's about as Brooklyn as it gets....especially the whole Williamsburg/Greenpoint neighborhood. If you like girls like this then just take a 5 minute walk around that area and.....hoo boy.....

I should go check out the Carousel Studios at some point. Reminds me that I used to make the time to do interesting stuff like that. Some years ago I went to an event around that neighborhood in which people were dismantling all sorts of old toys and gadgets and re-purposing them as musical instruments. The coolest one was an old dot matrix printer connected to a small keypad with a small range of notes on it. They'd managed to reprogram the firmware so that it made those grinding dot matrixy noises at different pitches. You could bang a tune out of it, loads of fun.
