Bug? in SONAR Platinum (VST2) plugs over all windows apps

I opened IK TrackS CS, going through my plugins I hit on one that is locked everything seemed to freeze.
Looking into it I see that when I clicked on the locked item a popup warring... well popped up... BUT it popped up under Platinum... having no access to the popup warring it I use the task manager to exit Platinum.

In a related issues I see that many other VST2 32 bit plugins when open stay dominant on top of every other window This included many plugins and softsynths....Slate, IK and cakewalk some softsynths dropzone and session drummer 2 and 3 and others...

Tested: MS office, explorer, PhotoShop, FireFox.....

Hay look,
Somethings are not locked in stone... lol 3/18/2019

    thanks for the help. :)
I tried that. you can see the popup but you can't get to it.. It seems to have a teleport server issues...
I have to shut Platinum down and the teleport Server from the task manager.
