Building New System - WILL SONAR 6P RUN ON VISTA? 64bit?

Quick question:

I am building a new system from the ground up - and thinking about upgrading from XP Pro to Vista while I am at it.

I have Sonar 6 Producer - will it run ok on Vista? What about Vista 64bit?

    I'm running 6.21 on Vista 64. The DVD comes with both versions, and you can actually install both on the same machine. But...

    1) I have found that 64bit settings and 32bit settings (i.e. audio driver settings) may need to be different. For whatever reason, they tend to stomp on each other. Perhaps there's a way around that, but I haven't found it.

    2) Make sure that all the equipment you'll be hooking up to this new machine has vista64 drivers available (i.e. audio interface). It can be a somewhat limiting factor. However, more and more 64 bit stuff is being released. So in time, this may not be such a big deal.

    Otherwise...
    It runs awesome. No complaints.

    Running fine here in S6.21PE. Specs below

    i7 8700k, Asus Z370 Prime A, 32 gigs RAM, Focusrite Pro 40, Cakewalk, and Me.

    It's more a question of whether you can get the 64bit Vista drivers for your DAC
