Bus Stop - Eric Haydock Ex hollies remix.

Hi All,

I know it's been a while, but, moving states and still having only a partially completed new studio area etc has been slowing me down. Anyway, I thought I would share something never heard in public before. This is part of an album I recorded originally on a VS-1880 in Manchester UK 1999. The album was never released due to band issues of Eric's band.

I imported the tracks after ripping them off my old backups from the VS into Sonar X2a.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it, other details are on the song listing on sound cloud.

Cheers,

Tony

Wow, I would say that would be an experience of a lifetime for me. I would suggest the vocals are effected incorrectly for the sound of the rest of the mix. You have a semi-blend of the old style stereo spreading, with a more modern punchy bass and kick at times, but with a very lo-fi and hard panned lead vocal. I would give some depth back to the spectrum and update the song to be more 2000. Remarkable otherwise and a lot of fun to visit this song again.

    Hi Shad,

Thank you for listening and your appraisal of the new mix. I was indeed very lucky to have the opportunity in the first place to record the boys for that album. Mick's voice is, distinctive. I'll take another look at it sometime.

    Many thanks,
