Buying music creator 6 online and server error

Hey i just bought music creator 6 online (download) i paid with paypal and they get the money but when its back to site it says server error and i have nothing please help !!!

    customer service wants a register code but i dont have anything i already know support

    when you buy online they should have sent you an email with the DL links..... at least that's how they used to do it.
     
    The email would show up in a few minutes with a link to the DL site.

    check your spam filter.
    if you still have trouble, you can call customer service for purchasing issues and you don't need a registration for calling them with those problems.

    yes...IIRC those emails DID go into the spam folder when they sent them.  They arrived within just a few minutes but it was some time after that that I thought to check the spam folder. Waa Laa!
