    It's a false positive, the fault of your anti-virus software, not the plugin.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

    I agree.  Contact your anti-virus company and tell them, so they can add the CA-2A as an exception.

    I run McAfee and have gotten no errors at all when installing any cakewalk software.  Did you download it direct from Cakewalk or from some other source?

    yes direct over cakewalk ...but cakewalk sent me a link via email ...


    I tryed it many times ,,,,alwas my google chrome sayd ---virus scan failed ---or you have no permission to ..blah blah 



    I use cake since 2008 ....never had this problemo before -
