CA-2A vs. RE-2A ???

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two leveling amps? Also, why is the RE-2A on the Propeller Head sight only? I am considering one of these. Should I consider buying both of these?

RE-2A is a Reason Rack Extension (proprietary). The CA-2A is available in both SONAR-proprietary ProChannel and open VST 2/3 formats. Other than that? The same. If you don't have Reason, you can't use RE-2A. If you have CA-2A, you can't use it in Reason.
