CAL Language Reference

I have SONAR 6 Studio and I would like to write a CAL script. Where can I get the reference for CAL? Is CAL supported in SONAR 6? Can the scripts be created/tested from within SONAR 6? If so, how?

Thanks

That's nice. Where can I find a help file? I remember one in previous versions of Sonar but I can not find it in SONAR 6.

Have a look at CAL forum, and one guy there also made a CAL editor, with built in reference right at your fingertips. Really nice.

Thanks! I Found It at http://www.collusioninc.org.uk/index.php?page=sonarstuff

The only problem is I can not view the help file. Typically, just clicking on the help file will let you view the help file. Does anyone have any ideas?

I found that starting editor from inside Sonar does not work so well. I think it has to do with the startupdirectory when editor is started.

But make a shortcut to start it outside Sonar and give the right startupdirectory and it will work fine.

You can find a CAL programming guide on my site: www.MIDI-Kit.nl
On the site you can also find an introduction course for CAL.
