CAL files. Enjoy!
Quite a few months back I promised to make my collection of CAL scripts and miscellaneous associated files available. I've finally found them and here they are for all to enjoy. I hope you can get make use of them but, even though I collected the info, I'm by no means a CAL expert. https://skydrive.live.com...d=DF413F5445183B18!105

Yeh! It's a shame really. There are so many possibilities for a deeply embedded scripting language. I wonder if the hooks are still within Sonar to get the best of all these CAL files. I guess that the functions that the scripts call are still there. I see a lot of experimenting in my future as there's potentially, some really useful scripts in the collection.

A lot of the scripts are from the dawn of CAL when many were interested in learning, not only how to use CAL but also how to write the scripts and looking for creative ways to use them.
There should also be some documents scattered through the archive that might help with CAL itself as well As a few small programs that depend on scripts.

Oh! I didn't write these cals. Haha. No I just accumulated them at a time when cal was still popular and quite a few folks were writing scripts. I tried learning but there were that many already written that it seemed a waste of time. I'll accept the compliment any way. Perhaps my collecting them was skillfull. Lol.

I'm new school - never used a CAL script. But mudgel a huge thanks for collecting what you have and posting this. I've downloaded it and sometime will probably attempt to use something in here. I keep running across threads and suggestions to use CAL scripts so I guess I'll have to look into them to see what the fuss is all about.

Thanks very much for these. On a tangential note: I am trying to make some public skydrive files available to folks by generating a link and sending it to people... bit they report that they are then asked for a security code which is to be emailed to my personal email address, i.e., a dead-end for them. I can't see any setting where I can change this, and Microsoft is unresponsive. How did you manage to make your link work without a hitch>

Mudgel, I'm going around the net and downloading all the CAL files I can get my hands on to test and see if they still work. The ultimate goal is to collect one of each working CAL file, bundle them together, and distribute with a pdf file that explains the functions of each. Is there any way I could get you to upload the collection you posted here? The link no longer works. I still find CAL hugely useful. Glad it still works.
