CAN'T IMPORT OLD PROJECT

Most of my old projects done on Guitar Tracks import with no problems but once in a while there will be one that just won't import. I've tried different workarounds but no luck. Any ideas? thanks!!

    Try safe mode to open a reluctant file. Hold shift while opening.
