CC Pedal Controller INI Option

Long ago, in a DAW far far away (that may have been called Cakewalk Pro Audio, or it may have been early Sonar), there was an option for viewing controller information in the PRV. This option would change the controller lane view from the typical 0-127 value to more of an On/Off view. This made it easier to read when you were looking at things like CC64 (Sustain pedal).
 
Does anyone remember this option and how to set it in the INI file?
