CCC - Allow multiple download paths OR search sub-folders

I like to have my downloaded content organised; i.e. I have a folder synths which contains sub-folders for the Z3TA, Rapture & Dimension installers and additional contents. Then I have a folder for Sonar content, a folder for Sonar core elements etc.
In CCC's settings however I can only supply one location for all this content ("Download path") and thus CCC does not recognize my up-to-date content.
It would be great if we could set multiple content locations, or easier if CCC would just search all sub-folders in the specified location.
