CCC - No Connection Available [RESOLVED]

I'm unable to download the newest SONAR update because CCC says 'No Connection Available'. Obviously internet is working because all other programs work OK.
I checked firewall settings. All is allowed for the Cakewalk Command Center.
 
Where to start troubleshooting?

    Addition:
    CCC halts to "Loading Products" phase. After timeout "No Connection" appears in the bottom line.

    Run it "As Administrator"?
     
    Don't know if this will help or not Panu, but worth a try.
