CD Architect activation in Win7 x64 Pro?

Hi,
I installed my Sound Forge 9 and CD Architect license on my new DAW today.

I was able to use the offline DAW procedure to activate Sound Forge 9 just as the instructions said.

I found myself in an endless loop a few minutes later when I tried to do the same thing with CD Architect. The Sony site kept thanking me for registering but it didn't provide the necessary activation code.

I have a message in to support. Does anyone already know how it is going to end?

Thanks.

best regards,
mike

They'll probably reset it for you.

    Thanks Carl.

It wasn't that it denied me... it just said thank you.

I had a similar issue with Adobe Audition 3 where I had to use a work around chat dialog to correspond with someone because Audition 3 is considered "CS2" and no longer has an activation process. I was directed to a new download and supplied with a new serial number and exe that bypasses the abandoned activation server. The Adobe fix worked great.

CD Architect is working fine... so hopefully they'll be able to come up with a number that makes it "activated".

    best regards,
    mike

I see, I thought you meant 'too many activations'. I get those every so often from Sony products when re-installing or moving to a new OS.
