CD liner credits? is there a known format that most people use...

I recorded and mixed (produced) an EP in my studio (studio is called Green Room East) ... The band leader / head songwriter wants his name in the creds as co-producing it... so would this look about right:

Produced by Dave Yanofsky and Sean Michael Ryan

I kinda wanted my website address in there somewhere... but not completely necessary, I suppose...

Thoughts? 2 Cents?

    up to you really, BUT if you use a search engine to find green room east.. yours comes up first..

    although a lot of people use @ instead of "at"..

    if people wanna hire you etc.. then your pretty easy to find.

    Website address, yes. That is how everyone is found these days, unless you have a major rep. Also no addresses - have them call or email you.
