CHANNEL TOOLS

First of all, I'm new here!
 
Second of all, great forum!
Thirdly,the plugin,  Channel Tools, on sonar x3, is not working for me. Anybody else having the same problem?? It just does not effect the vocal-increase/decrease ambiance , pan , etc ; like it's suppose to do. Funny thing, it is fine on previous installment*X2 & x1 .
 
Any assistance with this, would be greatly appreciated.
