I would like to know this but this forum is pretty limited with such techniques.
Guys who seem to get into that kind of stuff and are using PCs to produce it are usually using Ableton.
Although there are VSTs which may give you results along the lines of chop and screwed.
For example Izotope Stutter Edit may be something you will like.
With some tweaking it may be able to give you the effect you want.
Otherwise it comes with some really crazy presets.
Another thing is it does chew through the CPU when using it live so if you do not have a some what decent processor it will give yo the pops and crackles.
