CMC-FD Generic surface settings

I thought I'd share this with anyone that uses the Steinberg CMC-FD.  It's a generic surface profile that maps compatible functionality of the Fader Controller to a Sonar Generic Surface.
Download the .spp file and launch sonar.  open the Plug-in manager and click Control Surfaces/Cakewalk Generic Surface.  Click the Import button under Cakewalk Plug-in Presets and select the cmc-fd.spp file.
Create a new generic surface in Sonar and open the Surface Properties.
Click Presets and select CMC-FD.
Mapped features:
Sliders to volume
Bank and channel increment and decrement
shift+click on bottom half of fader solos track
shift+click on top half of fader mutes track
