Seems to me like it has to do with a USB port assuming you're using a USB keyboard or wireless keyboard connected to a receiver plugged into USB. If wireless, try resync'ing the keyboard to the USB receiver. Usually there's a button on the receiver that you press and then press the button on the keyboard (at least that's how it works with a wireless mouse).
