CPU meter (SOLVED)

The CPU meter in the Performance Module of the Control Bar is not registering anything.
 
I was working on a track and had a dropout (Rare nowadays).  I looked up to see if it was taxing the CPU and it showed nothing - none of the eight cores registering.  This continues even after restarting Sonar and a Re-boot.
 
The disk load/space and memory show up, just no core usage. Only thing I done differently recently is play around with screensets.  It was whilst changing screensets during playback that the audio engine stopped.
 
NEVER MIND - AFTER OPENING ANOTHER PROJECT IT STARTED AGAIN.
