CWBRN-25700 - Step Sequencer row name does not update when using none-mouse click

Steps :
  1. Open Step Sequencer
  2. Add a row - Name column is populated with note number or drum name
  3. Use mouse click to increase/decrease - Name column changes accordingly
  4. Use keyboard +/- key - Name column does not change
  5. Use mouse wheel - Name column does not change
  6. * When the Name column does not change, moving the row target away restores back previous note number

    I don't use drum maps with Step Sequencer - good find.
     
    I had too many editing issues when using drum maps in SS, so I just created a cheat sheet for myself in Word, and have a printed version I can look at if I need to know which note name/number corresponds to a particular kit piece.

    Create new project
    Insert MIDI track
    View Step Sequencer
    Insert Row in Step sequencer
    Use Mouse to increase or decrease Row Note Number (Name column does not change)
    Use SHIFT + keyboard key to increase or decrease Row Note Number  (Name column does not change)
    Use mouse wheel to increase or decrease Row Note Number (Name column does not change).
    Note losing focus from Row Note Number restores back previous note number.

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.
