[CWBRN-31348] - Staff View - snap triplet bug
1. New project (Normal) 2. New MIDI track. 3. Views -> Staff View 4. Switch to 1/8ths (hit T select 1/8) 5. Add notes at 1:1:000, 1:1:480, 1:2:000, 1:2:480 6. Switch to 1/8 triplets (hit T select 1/8 Triplet) 7. Add notes at 1:3:000, 1:4:000 (3 notes are added at each position) 8. Switch to 1/16ths (hit T select 1/16) 9. Add notes at 2:1:000, 2:1:240, 2:1:480 (this is the triplet bug) Expected behavior: Notes entered at 2:1:000, 2:1:240, 2:1:480 Actual behavior: Notes entered at 2:1:000, 2:1:320, 2:1:640 It's close to impossible to get the editor out of this state, I think selecting whole notes, adding a note then switching to 16ths might work. Closing Sonar after entering triplets works too.

Tom - Staff View in Sonar has been pretty undeveloped for quite a long while, and folks just sort of gave up asking for it to get some love and affection in the development cycle. The Cakewalk resources are limited, and Staff View just seems to get deferred. (maybe I have missed news of development changes in Staff View - I just have not used it for a long time).
I don't know of any fixes or workarounds for your various issues with Staff View, because I haven't used it in a very long time. There may well be some out there, and hopefully someone will chime in with help for you.

Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed. @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38. Yes I can confirm that this problem exists in Platinum staff view too
If you switch to a whole note, insert it then undo that and choose the note size required it does correct its self.
