[CWBRN-32843] [FIXED] - Open staff view not updating with new track selection

Before I updated, I've always been able to select several tracks or one track in the track view, hit View->Staff View and the tracks would show up in the staff view. Now if the staff view is already open this no longer works and you have to use the select tracks function in the staff view instead.
I used this specific behavior a lot. Was this change intentional?

I can reproduce the behavior you are seeing.  A rollback to "Cambridge" returned to the previous behavior.

I don't think this was intended.  Only a guess, but it may have been a result of the "Staff View Track Pane no longer forgets picked tracks when changing screensets" fix in "Dorchester".

    Submitted problem report:
CWBRN-32843 "View>Staff view will not update an open staff view with new track selection"

    Repro steps:
        1. Create new project
        2. Insert 4 MIDI tracks
        3. Select Tracks 1 and 2 followed by Alt-6 to open staff view
        4. Select Tracks 3 and 4 followed by Alt-6

    Expected results:
Step 4 should update the staff view display with Tracks 3 and 4 replacing Tracks 1 and 2. The expected results are consistent with all Sonar versions prior to "Dorchester" and are also consistent with PRV functionality. The only way to change tracks in an open staff view in "Dorchester" is by using the Tracks > Pick Tracks... dialog.

    Actual results:
Step 4 updates the staff view and only displays the original Track 1 and 2.
