[CWBRN-32859] Tracks in a collapsed folder not selectable in PRV

[CWBRN-32859] Tracks in a collapsed folder not selectable in PRV

If you have more than 1 midi track in a collapsed folder and there are multiple Midi tracks viewable in the prv, any notes added always reference the last track in the list, not the selected track.
 
This was noticed by williamcooper and after trying his steps, he is correct.

    Thanks for getting a reference number.    Not that big a deal, but perhaps reflects an underlying issue that could be looked at by the developers.
