Cakewalk 4.0

I'm not exactly a computer whiz. Can someone kindly tell me if this program is capable of the "play list" function of former cakewalk programs. It is that function crucial to live players that lines up a list of tunes and plays them one after another, which is really handy in a live setting where you do not want to be seen spending half the night pointing and clicking at the keyboard. Again, I admit to being a tech-moron, so if there is a simple answer to this dilemma, please be kind.

I really do not know, but my first question is why use a sequencer for live performances? I mean would not winamp. or windows media player, I-Tunes be better? there would certainly be far less to hiccup and go wrong. Not being argumentive, just sayin! I use sequencers to knock out tunes for backing, then use a player to play them.

I'd Seize the day but i can't quite reach it!
