Cakewalk By BandLab (Version 2018.09 Build 29 , 64 bit)
Tonight after opening up Cakewalk By BandLab I was prompted to update VIA a toast notification . Was a new Update of Cakewalk By BandLab just released in the past few hours ? This is what I got  Cakewalk By BandLab (Version 2018.09 Build 29 , 64 bit)  all the best , Kenny PS the print in the pic is small ...right click and select view image to see a larger picture

There was a last-minute hot fix for those experiencing VCRUNTIME140.dll failures on startup.
 All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

Great, CbB crashed on me for the first and only time last night opening a new project (Ctl+N). It's also been slow running. Hopefully they get this sorted - they got on it really quickly. Kudos to BL!

When I fired up Cakewalk I got a Toast notice that an update was available. Not sure when this was added but nice. Like the new - Help > What's New command
- What's New link in Update Available toast notification
Minor things but it seams like I always end up hunting for that web page. Also not sure when this was added (hadn't noticed this before)

Hi Noel, thanks for the quick inquiry. I'm not so sure it is a CW issue knowing Win10 :) but there are times a screen freezes and I have to wait to let it resolve whatever is going on sometimes up to 45 seconds. Just started this week so I have no concrete info as to when and where it happens, sorry.

Is it happening randomly while using the app? That wouldn't be related to CbB. No changes that could result in this behavior. Make sure there isn't other background activity throttling the system like updates etc. Also a reboot may help if you havent done so.
