Cakewalk Command Center down?
Hi all... I've been trying to login to CCC all morning. All I get (after a long wait) is that a connection isn't available. Anyone else able to get on? Maybe there are too many connections as we all scramble?

yes it's down. So is My Products Page. Servers must be slammed or it's a real sign of the end days.

CCC is timing out.
I can get to my products page but its snail time.

Same here...slower than molasses in January.
When I do get to the connected products page it says: "You don't have any products."
Edit: Took about 5 times reloading and about 10 minutes to load, but everything did load.

I'm trying to connect too, and it appears to be working, but incredibly slowly. It's been "checking for updates" for about 20 minute, and the product names slowly change at the bottom. Maybe the Internet connection was cut back to 1Mbps or something?

I had same experiance, the server is working it's butt off now that everyone has caught on. I had downloaded everything a few days ago to a Laptop at work we use for the Music and Memory program, iTunes etc. So I ran the Splat installer I had downloaded directly from my products page did the offline activation no problem. I did not install CCC. So there you go, a lot have asked about CCC and think that Sonar won't even run without it. that's that myth shot down.

You might have to try a few times. Mine said said it first. However, on a second attempt, the products showed up, albeit slowly.

Maybe they have a Jason Bourne type member who is hacking the system and getting ready to give us all the Cakewalk Plugins for free. I'm personally looking forward to Rapture Pro and Z3TA+ 2..

I asked the question yesterday as to whether or not the CCC was even necessary at all anymore since there will be no more updates. Turns out it runs fine straight from the executable so I doubt I'll ever use it again unless I have to reinstall at some point.

CC say I have no products....sounds like doomsday to me. Armageddon....sounds like the whole company is being taken apart piece by piece....and Gibson owes half a billion dollars....the banks are probably repossessing everything....eeekkksss

Probably too many people are trying to connect and download... Seems they don't trust words from Gibson about keeping servers up... Interesting why?

I did my update last week and seemed to go smoothly. Wow...really can't believe this.
