Cakewalk Command Centre

Hi,
A couple of things, do we not need the CCC anymore ? Will new updates to Cakewalk come via the Band Lab Assistant ?

And secondly, is everyone who uses this forum going to keep using it, or will anyone be swapping to the forum on Bandlab ?

Thanks
John

Updates will be handled through BandLab assistant. As for the forum, I believe that it will be archived for the legacy content as part of a new system.

I haven't uninstalled CCC yet, I think it's wise to keep your existing Sonar installation intact until everything's finalised.

No more updates will come via the old control centre. It will all be via BandLab as it's now a BandLab product. As for the forum, not sure.

Remains to be seen whether the forum will be moved intact, archived or replaced.

Keep CCC. You don't technically need it anymore if you've saved the downloaded installers, but it takes almost no space.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
