Cakewalk MP3 Aktivator

Hallo i have a Problem with Caktewalk MP3 Aktivator.
I have this buying in Cakewalk Store.
My Question to this is:

i can not find it in my account

i have just a Mail from Cakewalk and in this Mail is the download Link and the Order Number.
