Cakewalk Modfilter DX plugin problem - no audio passing through

I've opened an old project to re-mix and it has several instances of Cakewalk's Modfilter DX plug; when plug is engaged no audio passes through. Anyone have similar issue and fix for old Cakewalk plugs in X-series?
I'm using 32-bit versions of X3 and X2 on 64-bit Win7.  (usually use 64-bit X3/X2, but had to go to 32-bit for old DX plugs in this project file from 2003)
TIA

I think I may have come across that before.   If you save your current settings as a preset and then move all of the knobs, does the audio come back?

Thanks, that did sorta work... it worked on a couple instances of the plug, but only for a while then went back to no audio. I decided on using a different filter with similar settings.
Maybe CW could figure this out or discontinue the plug entirely if it's no longer feasible to keep up to date
Thanks again for your help SteveC

You're welcome.   I don't recall the issue reappearing once the right controls are edited, but if you can use a different filter it probably would be easier.
