Cakewalk Offices CLosed 7-26-12 No Explanation on Phone Message
I called Cakewalkd customer service just now.
It is a Thursday, during business hours.
The message says that the offices are currently closed, with no explanation.
Just wondering ....

Just find it curious that customer service and tech support both say theirr offices are currently closed, and point one to www.cakewalk.com/support/contact to see information on hours and closing.
There is no information there regarding the closing today.
It has also seemed to me that Cakewalk has been sort of "inactive" in recent weeks. That may just be my perception.
They do ssay they are bringing out a Mac version of Z3ta.
Unexplained closing of offices can be a sign of something going on, can it not?

Lunch hour? Could be :).
One would think that they would be clever enough to put a message on the phone that mentions lunch hour.
Or, if this is a regular closing during lunch, that they would put the information in their contact hours information?
Or, is there a VAST anti-music conspiracy at work? It starts slowly, first closing Cakewalk, then perhaps, Izotope ??? then ... then ?
I'll check the Alex Jones web site ...

Looks like they cut back from a 40 hour work week to a 20 hour work week.

They are inundated with phone calls and e-mails so maybe they are having to split their day up... Answer the phone in the morning and deal with the e-mails in the afternoon...
