Cakewalk Publisher and "disapearing" files

 Hello i have a dv6 hp quad core i7 pavillion and I use windows 7 and recentely got x1studio.I am having many issues so please bear(hehe)with me,Id really appreciate your help.I cant figure cakewalk publisher outie.ftp sites,ect and last night I exported my first song to publisher(then couldnt get further)Today I cant find that song in my cakewalk projects.If you export audio does it remove itself from sonar?

    First, are you  assuming that publishing to Cakewalk Publisher is the same as saving the project?
     
    Cakewalk publisher is for doing distribution to your web site (or other media) after a project is complete.  Kind of like printing a file in Word.  You do need to save your projects (just like you do a Word file) if you want to load it back into the system.
