Cakewalk Sonar V-Studio vs 700c Issues

Good day,

I am trying to install this on a windows 7 64 bit professional HP ultraslim and I have had no luck. It is connected to the VS700R and when i connect to computer via USB it said it cannot locate the drivers. Does anyone know which drivers would need to be installed? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
