Cakewalk Store
I am having trouble logging in to the my Cakewalk account. I have even tried to reset the password twice today but the ones they have sent me do not work. I did send an email to support but they are indicating it may be 4-7 days before I hear from them I know this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone have any ideas? Any and all help gratefully accepted Chuck

Tried a different Browser? I can't always get in with Firefox, IE Tab works okay though.

I've seen weird stuff happening, depending on which broswer I use, so +1 to Karl's suggestion. I have found that even though I type in my email address & password, the screen will start to update itself and then take you back to the logon page. At this point you are actually logged into your account, so just click My Account and you'll be taken straight to the page.

If you have your password saved in a text file somewhere or have the email reminder from Cakewalk with it and copy/paste it in to the login box of the store, it does not accept it. You have to manually type it in. I've noticed it takes a long time, sometimes a full day, to reset the password. The last time I tried to reset it, it never did reset and I never got an email regarding it either. Fortunately I ended up finding my password.

If you are pasting in a password be very careful that you do not add a space at the beginning. I have not had a problem pasting mine in as long as I am careful.

ABSOLUTELY! I've seen peeps paste in spaces time after time after time. Then they re-type it in and magically it works.

I just registred X2 few dayz ago and like alwaysl it didn't appears on my account !!! the reason why is that when i first created my account i inverted first name and last name ...and when i register new product i feed it right ... i called the support and told the guy the issue , and i asked him to put my licence , but also to rectify my account settings , pointing him out that it's the only site where i cannot edit my personnal infos !!! i also aked him to make my REG code display on my page , witch is still not the case ....and to send me a confirmation when things get done .... Ryan , if you can do some for me , i would appreciate ...
