Cakewalk Upgrade Price

A friend is trying to upgrade from Sonar Artist to Professional. 
 
Can someone give me a few pointers on where to find the upgrade price?
 
I'm sure it will be straightforward with hindsight.

    Great - all upgraded.
     
    We logged, then browsed to the Cakewalk Shop and found the link by clicking "More Info".
     
    It would be really helpful if there was an "Upgrade" button next to the "Buy". That would be easier to find, but I appreciate it takes time to set things up.
