Cakewalk audio demos as Sonar projects?

Hi,
 
I see some audio demo that is claimed to be recorded with Cakewalk products. For example, here:



 
I wonder if some of those exist in a form of Sonar projects. That would be so cool!
 
Also, in general, I would appreciate if anyone could share professional Sonar projects, projects that are completely made in Sonar from recordings to mastering (if that's possible at all?)
I know about Sonar Demo projects but they look... too demo. For example, some tracks contain already processed wav-files so the demo project looks like rather a nice compilation.

    It's been done many times over the years at the 'Songs' forum. People have posted projects for others to download and remix, I downloaded a few myself to have a go at. Not seen that for a while now though.
