Well, I have a problem with audio dropouts when changing screensets.  When I contacted them first two weeks ago via email (uk) they responded in a couple of hours telling me to do a clean re-install giving me instructions how to.

That didn't work.  Since then I've emailed them twice with further diagnostics........ Queue tumbleweed........ Not a sniff of a response. Still waiting!

I would email them again. Weekends are not a great time to hear from them.

When I see you here I smile. Its seeing an old friend again.  I am fine. Because I'm in the States I would call CW. You being overseas that is not so much of an option. I offer the notion to email them because I think its important for them to know its an important issue. I would simply keep emailing them. You may want to list your phone number in your email to them as well and times you are likely to answer.

I hope you get the problem solved.

First check your spam file. Add noreply@cakewalk.com to your address book might help.

Their responses usually range anywhere from 1 day to never.

Thanks daveny, but my spam folder is empty, and, I have had replies from them before.  However, this may well go down as a never..... Gotta say I'm not impressed. Even if they replied to say "we haven't got a clue" that would be something!

Well, keep in mind that Cakewalk is a very small company. Last time I checked they have a total of 65 employees.

My last issue took about 3 weeks to get sorted. They are slow, but they did come through and get me going again.

LOL It sounds like Comcast may have acquired Roland.

Funny statement but seriously not a funny subject.

Somewhat scary. It almost gives the feeling that support is non existent, between the forums twitching about and unanswered support emails.

So far the Roland takeover seems to be dropping the ball.

After waiting for more than a couple of days I would just call... I've never waited on hold for more than 10 minutes.
