'Calico & Sawdust, Gingham & Lace'

New song by Tim Wilkinson (vocals and mandolin) with me (E-Bow guitar and production)

Calico and sawdust, gingham and lace
Waltz with me honey at an old fashioned pace
Dance with me darlin' through sunlight and dust
And it's one, two, three

Motion suspended in amber and must
Like an old silent movie, flickered in rust
No words are required between you and me
It's just one, two, three

The band's playin' old-time, fiddle n' bass
Carl's on the mandolin, settin' the pace
And Old Judge Ruby's callin' the chase
It's one, two, three

You've never looked lovelier
And I've never felt happier
I don't that think I'll ever forget
The perfume you're wearin'
Or the bitter-sweet regret

Calico and sawdust, gingham and lace
Waltz with me honey at an old fashioned pace
Dance with me darlin' through sunlight and dust
And it's one, two, three

Calico and sawdust, gingham and lace
And it's one, two, three
One, two, three
One, two, three

It is nice as noted by Ed, perhaps a tad more dB's on the E-bow.

Brilliant. Holy crap, you can sing!  Old timey done right. I'd bring the violin/viola in earlier if it were me, and turn it up a tad.

This is a very pretty song.  The recording sounds excellent in my phones.  I know this one will also sound great on the monitors.  You guys work very well together and compliment each other's talents.  Just a nice, pleasant tune to listen to.
