Can I get some help on Perfect Space
I'm having trouble figuring some of the features in Perfect Space. Does anyone know of some reading material or tutorials? I see how to load the impulse responce files and work the Dry and Wet content, so I can get different sounds, but I don't understand the "volume width lo-pass hi-pass eq" buttons and check-boxes. Thanks anyone, Sam

Check out Youtube. There's a couple tutorials there.

Hey Bub - I tried that before and didn't find anything helpful ... but I just tried again and found enough to get me going. Must have missed it. Thanks

Glad you found something. I'm not very familiar with it so I can't provide any real help.

There's also a very good section on Perfect Space in Scott Garrigus's SONAR X1 Power! book

PS has a rather strange interface. I'm not sure if the stereo version from Voxengo has any extra help files laying around, but you could look there. The interface for EQ is pretty straight forward, I think. Click and pull down. However, like all convolution engines, PS is pretty cpu intensive - it would be better to filter/Eq before hitting it rather than inside. @

I don't understand the "volume width lo-pass hi-pass eq" buttons and check-boxes. Volume controls the output violume of the effect. Up increases volume and down decreases it. The low pass and high pass are just like any EQ filters. The width controls the width of the effect in the stereo field. The lower it goes, the more narrow the width is. The high it goes, the more wider thwe width is. The check boxes enable the labelled effect. If its unchecked, then its bypassed. CJ
