Yup, unless they've changed things on me (like The Lovely Lady does ALL THE TIME  ) cross grades and/or the product that was the basis for an upgrade cannot be sold. Example 1: You bought Komplete 10 Ultimate as a cross grade and now you've upgraded to Komplete 11 Ultimate. You cannot sell Komplete 10 Ultimate. Example 2: You bought Komplete 9 (not Ult) and you upgraded to Komplete 10 Ultimate and now you upgraded to Komplete 11 Ultimate. You cannot sell Komplete 9. Nor can you sell Komplete 10 Ultimate. Example 3: You bought Komplete 9 as a crossgrade and you upgraded to Komplete 10 Ultimate and now you upgraded to Komplete 11 Ultimate. You cannot sell Komplete 9. Nor can you sell Komplete 10 Ultimate.

And I'm pretty sure you cannot sell any product you now own (ex: Ultimate 11) that was an upgrade. If they allowed that, chaos would ensue.

has the SAME product that you crossgraded from
(or any other qualifying crossgrade product), but you CANNOT
sell the original product...unless you sell the BOTH together.

That would make sense if you were bailing on the product (i.e. you only bought the crossgrade). But I would imagine you could not sell the crossgrade if you used a K10U crossgrade to upgrade to K11U.

No you could not. K10 or K10U upgraded or crossgraded to K11U is K11U
and that is what you would have to sell...K11U upgrade or crossgrade to somone
who already owns K10 or K10U...you would, in essence, be "downgrading".

yeah, you can sell your most recent product but the new buyer needs the correct qualifiers. I sold a copy of Kontakt 4 update and included Kontakt 3(the update qualifier) for free. That worked.
