Can I transfer my templates to new installation?

Setting up a new installation on a new computer. Is it possible to transfer my old, custom templates? If so, how?

    Copy them from the old PC just like any other files you wish to have on the new PC.
    The template paths are defined in Preferences > File > Folder Locations.
