Can I use X1 with VS-100?

I have been trying to download X1 for the VS-100, I currently have the software that came with it.
 
Each time I try and buy the upgrade I get a message saying there are items in my cart that need varifying? what could this be, I have a mail from cakewalk telling me which option to download but no good, any ideas?

    It probably means you have to enter the serial number for the product you are trying to upgrade. What version came with the VS-100?

    Edit: Upon further research: it looks like the VS-100 comes with something called SONAR VS digital audio workstation. I think you have to get the upgrade for Registered Cakewalk Customers since you don't have Sonar Studio or Producer, but I'm not sure. Check with Cakewalk Customer Support.

    I think support may be limited this week between the holidays.  I also have a V Studio 100, but I also already had Sonar 8.5 PE so I purchased X1 at the Producer upgrade pricing.  Have you registered your VS software?  If you have not as Daveny5 pointed out it may be waiting for that to offer you upgrade pricing.  As I already owned PE, I'm unsure what the pricing for VS to x1 pricing is, but it may be next week before you get a support reply.

    Hi, Thanks for responses, I have registered my VS-100 and it shows on my account when I log in, I thought I was quite clear when I mailed Cakewalk , but either way I guess I will have to wait until they answer my query?
