Can Platinum sync audio to video very well?

I someone uses their video camera in my studio to make a video of the vocalist and later I mix the song. Can I swap my good final mix for the not so good audio taken by the video camera? And export that to youtube or facebook as a video? Mp4 seems to be the preferred format.
 
If I can do that can I take it one step further and fix any lip sync variations the vocalist did, since the original video wouldn't be the final vocal? If Platinum can't do this, any suggestions?
