    I'm no vocal-processing expert, but I hear the usual delay, reverb, compression, plus Autotune and some harmonization that sounds like a pitch-shifting plugin rather than double-tracking (that could also be Autotune). It would be hard to provide a recipe. Some of the FX are automated as well - not always present or at a constant level.
