Can anyone here help me open a .wrk file and save to .cwp?

Hi guys, I do have all the old versions of Cakewalk, but I'd prefer not to have to install it for one file. Is anyone here willing to open a 120kb .wrk file for me and re-save to a .cwp?

I'd really appreciate it!
Thanks in advance.

Yeah no worries mate but cant you just open it in your latest version? I might be a bit blurry eyed this morning after the beer I consumed last night but im sure you can open old versions of files on current editions of Sonar.

Anyway if you want me to try for ya just pm me

The beer has not affected your knowledge of Cakewalk.  You're right. You can open an old CWP file with current Sonar.  I opened a Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 CWP MIDI file with Sonar Platinum

Unless chosen on installing SONAR, the old file formats are not associated with SONAR (cannot simply double click them), but they can be opened in newer versions without issue (barring missing plugs of course).

ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC), i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, GTX-1070Ti, Win 10 Pro, Saffire PRO 24 DSP, A-300 PRO, plus numerous gadgets and gizmos that make or manipulate sound in some way.
