Can anyone recommend the TX16Wx free vst sampler by CWI?

Has anyone used this sampler, the TX16Wx free VST sampler.  It's both 32 and 64-bit compatible.  I don't have a whole lot of experience with software samplers so any opinions on this one, or any free VST sampler, or even an inexpensive sampler would be helpful.  What I was hoping to do was to sample vocal oohs, ahhs, and other vocal sounds in order to use them as vocal harmonies.

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left...
