Can we set all track heights to whatever allows all fx to be seen?

Follow me?
Is it possible to press a button or two and have all tracks in the TV open up just enough tp make anything in the fx bin viewable?
That would be the shiznit.

If it's not possible, I'm putting in a feature request.
If it is already possible and I didn't know it, then I'm changing my forum handle and identity.

    Minimize all tracks first. On the right edge of the TV view there are two buttons - one to zoom in and one to zoom out. Grab the little space between the + and - signs and slowly drag up or down to resize all tracks equally, just enough to show what you require. You can also click the + or - buttons but they will resize tracks incrementaly, less smoothly. Don't bother shifting nyms :p
     
    You could also make a track template but it probably wouldnt work for all projects.

    You cannot submit feature requests for S 8.5 or earlier versions. There will never be new releases of those versions. It will be X1 and onward. There is a "Set as default Height" and "lock track height" option when you right click, but they seem to serve no purpose as nothing happens or changes when you select them. You can still change height. The set as default do make all new inserted tracks that height. You best bet is to have a template pre made.

    I don't think  was very clear.
    I know how to set default heights and open and close all track heights together-

    These don't help because every track has a different number of plugins and every project is different.

    I would like to be  able to press a button (like when I press "f" to minimize all tracks- it's very handy) and have every track open JUST ENOUGH to view all the fx in the fx bin.

    Wouldn't that be sweet?

    As far as I know, Track Templates do not store track height info.  Correct me if I am wrong.
