dillyboy, how about posting a screenshot of the glitch, zoomed in fairly tight? Whether it's digital overs, dropouts or overflow inversion, the ability to transparently repair a glitch depends mostly on how wide it is. In most cases, there is lost data that must be reconstructed, and that can be very challenging - it's a matter of putting data back in that is no longer there. The shorter the duration of the anomaly, the easier it is to fake the missing data.
All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
