Can't Edit Audio Track?

Hey,
 
I have a single vocal track in Sonar I can't trim.  I can copy and paste from and to it, but I can't trim or do any deletes...any ideas on that?

    Nevermind...some tinkering with the automation lanes fixed it.  Woohoo!

    Donny, not totally clear on what you're asking here . . . so I think you have a vocal audio track clip you're trying to edit. Is your track view "edit filter" set to clips ? Can you use the "split" clip editing feature on your clip at all ?

    Look to the left in the edit window - and make sure you are looking at the "Clips" view.  Often when theres automation on the track, it will default to the automation view untill you open the automation lanes
