Can't Hear Melodyne Notes

Hello, I recently got a new computer and have been trying reload all my programs etc.  So far so good for Sonar with the help of the Command Centre.  I upgrade my Melodyne essential from 2 to version 4.  Here's the problem,  When I click on individual "blobs" in melodyne, I can't hear the note (my vocals).  The meter shows that it's playing but I can't hear anything.  If I play the track I can hear it but not individual notes....(Is this called "scrubbing")  I have Sonar Platinum running on Windows 10.

Thanks,
Michael Bennett

I found an old post on line. I unclicked "record" from the track and now it works fine.  I'm curious though, I did not used to have to unclick record when I opened the melodyne editor until this new computer and the melodyne update.

Toggle the Global Effects Button on and off. That worked for me.

I turn on Input Echo, that seems to do it.
